TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is the part where we make our attorneys happy by keeping you informed of all legal stuff involved with engaging in a transaction with SERENE INVESTOR LLC, as well as the risks of trading financial instruments. Please read the following very carefully since it does contain disclaimers, warranties that limit our liability and waives the right to a trial by jury. And to be very clear, the term “Student (s)” refers to the person reading these Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) and registering for and purchasing a seminar, mentorship, product or service from SERENE INVESTOR LLC. The terms “Company” and “SERENE INVESTOR LLC” may be used interchangeably, and represent all members, owners, agents and employees of SERENE INVESTOR LLC. The term “Seminar” may refer to either a seminar or mentorship.

Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant to SERENE INVESTOR LLC that:(a) You are over the age of eighteen (18) and have the power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under this Agreement; (b) You shall comply with all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the Terms set forth below; and (c) You have provided accurate and complete registration information, including, without limitation, your legal name, address and telephone number.

Disclaimers

SERENE INVESTOR LLC provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and makes no claims or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or usefulness for any particular purpose of services provided to customer.                                   Further, SERENE INVESTOR LLC disclaims all warranties regarding its services, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SERENE INVESTOR LLC and its members and agents are not brokers or investment advisers, and they do not provide investment advice or recommendations directed to any particular Student or in view of the particular circumstances of any particular person. The information provided by SERENE INVESTOR LLC is obtained from sources believed to be reliable but is not guaranteed as to accuracy or completeness. Students of SERENE INVESTOR LLC or any other person who buys sells or holds securities should do so with caution and consult with a broker or investment adviser before doing so. At various times, the owners and employees of SERENE INVESTOR LLC may own, buy or sell the securities discussed for purposes of investment or trading.

SERENE INVESTOR LLC and its owners and agents are not liable for any losses or damages, monetary or otherwise, that result from the content of SERENE INVESTOR LLC Seminars, Webinars, products and services. Securities discussed by SERENE INVESTOR LLC should be considered speculative and contain a high degree of volatility and risk. Trading securities, forex, futures and options involves risk. Prior to buying or selling an option, an investor must receive a copy of Characteristics and Risks of Standardized Options (found on the Options Clearing Corporation's website). Investors need a broker to trade securities, forex, futures and options, and must meet suitability requirements. Past results are not necessarily indicative of future performance. Performance figures are based on actual recommendations made by us. Due to the time critical nature of stock trading, brokerage fees, and the activity of other students, SERENE INVESTOR LLC cannot guarantee that Students will mirror the performance stated on our track records or promotions. Performance numbers shown are based on trades Students could enter based on our guidelines.

Notice of the Right to Cancel:

You may cancel this transaction, without penalty or obligation, within seven business days from the date of registration for UK clients and three days for US clients. If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within ten business days following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

To cancel this transaction, mail or deliver a written request to cancel with your name, address, phone number and signature to SERENE INVESTOR LLC, Attn: Refunds, 3-3 Shavers Place London, UK SW1Y 4HE Please include the city and date of the event you are cancelling. All requests to cancel must be postmarked no later than midnight of the third business day following registration for the course.

 Copyright and Protected Materials

You agree for your personal and non-commercial use only. All materials displayed or performed at a SERENE INVESTOR LLC Seminars, webinars or on its website (sereneinvestor.com), or in emails sent by SERENE INVESTOR LLC, (including, but not limited to text, graphics, news articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips, also known as the "Content") are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by SERENE INVESTOR LLC or its third party content providers. You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, material or services obtained from SERENE INVESTOR LLC or the emails sent by SERENE INVESTOR LLC. You agree to abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in any Content accessed through the Products and Services offered by SERENE INVESTOR LLC. SERENE INVESTOR LLC is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to U.S. copyright laws, international conventions, and other copyright laws. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal, noncommercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from SERENE INVESTOR LLC, or from the copyright holder identified in such Content's copyright notice.

Indemnification Student will indemnify and hold SERENE INVESTOR LLC, its parents, agents, affiliates, and employees, harmless, including costs and attorneys' fees, from (i) any claims of liability or responsibility for any use or misuse of this Agreement, state or federal securities laws or regulations, or any other person’s rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright or violation of any proprietary or privacy right. SERENE INVESTOR LLC may use third party tools, data and content from time to time throughout its Seminars and products. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy and timeliness of the data presented and is presented on an "as is" basis.

Terms of Use

Serene Investor LLC Seminars are designed for personal use only. Student agrees that only Student will attend the Seminar. Student shall not at any time now or in the future, resell or otherwise distribute the original, or any copy, of the Seminar materials or any part thereof and shall not allow others to do so in any manner. Any violation of this policy may lead to prosecution under state or federal law, or both.

Law and Arbitration

Law. The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern this Agreement without reference to conflicts of laws.

Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be the City of London, UK. The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern this Agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses and an equal share of the arbitrators' and administrative fees of arbitration. The arbitrators will have no authority to award punitive or other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages, except as may be required by statute. Except as may be required by law, neither a party nor an arbitrator may disclose the existence, content, or results of any arbitration hereunder without the prior written consent of both parties.

Waiver and Severability. No failure or delay in exercising or enforcing any right or remedy hereunder by SERENE INVESTOR LLC shall constitute a waiver of any other right or remedy, or future exercise thereof. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, it is to that extent to be deemed omitted, and the balance of the Agreement shall remain enforceable.

Survival. The respective rights and obligations of the Student shall survive any termination or expiration of this Agreement. Both parties agree that this Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements, communications and other understandings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

Agreement

SERENE INVESTOR LLC reserves the right not to enroll the student in any of its Seminars, webinars, products or services. This Agreement constitute the entire agreement between Student and SERENE INVESTOR LLC

ACCEPTANCE BY SERENE INVESTOR LLC AND ATTENDANCE TO A SERENE INVESTOR LLC SEMINAR OR WEBINAR IS EXPRESSLY CONDITIONED UPON YOUR ASSENT TO ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, TO THE EXCLUSION OF ALL OTHER TERMS; IF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE CONSIDERED AN OFFER BY SERENE INVESTOR LLC, ACCEPTANCE IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THESE TERMS.

Guarantee: If not satisfied with the training then prior to leaving on day 3 of the mentorship you must let the trainer know that you would like a refund and the process will be started. 

Usage of Images or video: You also agree that Serene Investor LLC may video, photograph, audio record any sessions that can be used for product, materials, promotional uses and you are allowing Serene Investor LLC to use your image, videos, photographs, audio, testimonials or likeness to promote Serene Investor LLC products, websites, seminars, mentorships or the like.
